Members request, owners approve
Pick dates, send the request. The owner gets an email, approves with one click, and double-booking is blocked automatically. If it's out, you join the waiting list.

How does a club tool library work?
Each member keeps ownership of their own tools but lists them in the club's shared inventory. When someone needs a tool they request dates, the owner approves, and WrenchShare tracks the checkout, the due date, and the waiting list. Overdue reminders go out automatically.
How much does it cost?
Starter is free for small groups. Club is $12/month or $120/year for up to 25 members. Community is $29/month or $290/year for up to 100 members. That is under 60 cents per member per month for a 50-person club and is easy to roll into dues.
What are Photo-assisted listing drafts?
On paid plans, snap one photo and WrenchShare drafts the whole listing: name, description, usage guide, specs, safety checklist, and links to manuals and how-to videos. You review and save.
Can the club pay so members don't have to?
Yes. That is the default model. The club (or one generous member, as a gift) pays for the workspace and every invited member gets the full experience free.
